The CTL Centreline Speed Increaser range allows users of larger capacity spindles, turret mills and older machine tools to increase spindle speeds up to the levels required by modern tooling at an affordable price. The speed increaser represents a small investment that brings big returns in higher productivity and improved surface finish, giving new life to the machines that would otherwise be unable to meet the requirements of modern machining techniques.

Available in versions to suit all major makes of machine tool, the Centreline Speed Increaser can be supplied with R8. ISO30, ISO40 & ISO50 tapers and other drives for both manual and automatic tool change. The unit is factory sealed for a maintenance free life.

400 SERIES
The Model 410 Speed Increaser, specifically designed for Low Cost Vertical Machining Centres and Manual toolroom type mills, to increase spindle speeds to the levels usually associated with high speed machines.

The Model 610 Speed Increaser, specifically designed for use on both low cost machining centres and manual toolroom type machines where spindle speeds are limited. The Model 610 Speed Increaser gives a maximum output speed of 25,000rpm through a 6:1 speed increase ratio gearbox.
